Probate Valuations

We provide a professional, efficient and confidential service to executors of deceased estates.

We can provide probate valuations for estates of all sizes, from small collections to an entire house or estate. On receiving instruction one, or more, of our team of experienced valuers can arrange to visit and carry out the valuation.

Griffin's will provide a clear and concise inventory or certificate, in duplicate, typically within one week of the initial visit. We can identify and individually value any bequests to be dispersed to the beneficiaries.

Items of value can be removed immediately, if required, for safe storage. Properties can be cleared by our team of removers, with all items for auction taken to the saleroom to be entered into the appropriate auction. Any items of modest value, or personal documentation can be retained by the executors or destroyed upon request. Items suitable for charity can be sorted and donated where applicable.
